This guy should be JAILED - not practicing law! When he was supposed to be defending my minor son, instead he made sure he took him in a room alone (refused to allow me to attend) and threatened to have him arrested and sent to foster care if he didn't take a guilty plea. And there was absolutely no reason to have him arrested or sent to foster care. It was just a tactic of Mark's to scare him. Is this how a defense council is supposed to treat their client? Absolutely not. Steer clear of this guy!
