If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the most horrible experience I've ever had doing taxes. I went here for all the 5 star reviews only to be extremely let down. Price and quality do not match. Steve could not keep his facts straight and did not seem like he knew what he was doing at all. Confused himself umpteen times during both times I was in there, and could not remember the city of my ONE work location. Charged $90 the first time, and because he couldn't understand why my w2's had another city on them, I ha... read more
