This was a 5 star tax service when Roxanne Witmer owned it but, sadly, Roxanne retired. The new group wasn’t as efficient or as interested as Roxanne. Despite being loyal customers for years, today we received a brief letter saying they were no longer interested in our business, because they are going to be focusing on a “limited client base” whatever that means. You would think that after many years of using this business, we would receive a less rude letter. The rudeness is the reason for 2 stars.
The positive reviews for this company seem to pertain to when Roxanne Witmer ran it. This tax service was excellent under Roxanne Witmer. It has seriously declined now that she retired. Some staff are rude and impatient; the office setup allows no privacy; the front desk staff is unable to answer basic tax questions; it takes a long time to get returns done.
Wanted to commend the Witmer team on 'all' of the hard work they do in keeping the tax filing season to a min. process and as stress free as possible for their clients. Roxanne listens to us when we discuss our taxes, she is very diligent. I have recommended people to Witmer and they are also now repeat clients. This firm is AAA+++
