If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would.
I stopped into the showroom on 2-27 to take a look around and see some pricing on a white N5a Chris and Al were great with helping me get exactly what I was looking for. Thank you guys for your outstanding customer service. And for showing me around your facility! I’ve been a long time online customer, but I’ll be sure to stop in anytime I’m in the area.
I placed and paid for my order on 12/12/24 and still haven't received it! It was for a fire hood for my husband's Christmas gift. I gave them the benefit of doubt being g it was close to Christmas but it is now a month. I called last week on Monday and the representative said she she's the order and dosen't know why it hasn't shipped because it shows in stocks and to give it a week and if no email with a tracking number or product then call back. Extremely poor fulfillment. Ordered one item on November 29th, Black Friday, for a Christmas gift. When the order was placed there was a message stating there was a 2-week delivery delay. Ok, I’ll get it by Christmas. Not so much, it is now January 16th and this order still hasn’t been fulfilled. Use caution when ordering from this company.
