These guys are the enforcement arm of your HOA. HOA’s are criminal organizations set up solely to make themselves rich by forcibly removing money from your pocket. My suspicion is that the HOA’s work with lawyers like this to identify properties that can be flipped for a profit. Rosario has been extremely helpful. She was able to work with and collect HOA delinquencies that we've worked collection efforts on unsuccessfully for years!
