Off to a good start as I have two very good tax people working for me. The download site makes sense and is easy to use.
Jorge is always available to help whenever I need help or advise. He has recently solved a rather complicated business problem with a very good outcome.
This is a terrible firm. Do not trust them with your taxes. Very disorganized. Non responsive. I hired them to file my taxes after months went by and multiple emails requesting an update only to get a run around. I finally got a response in November only to find out they never submitted my taxes after having all my information since April.
I hope that reviews are read as I would give Wendy and her team 5 stars. I have been with her over 6 years and have had great service. They are very knowledgeable about their products and provide an excellent service.. I recommend them to all my friends and other business owners
