I’ve been working with Tom and Without Limits as a Virtual Athlete since 2021 to train for my first marathon. Since then, I’ve completed multiple marathons, 70.3’s & Ironman Triathlons. I couldn’t have done it without incredible coaching and support. Tom is an amazing coach and has built an awesome team of coaches and athletes. Whether local to Wilmington, or virtual like myself, if you are looking to take your endurance sports to the next level, Without Limits is the place to be!
If you're from town you've probably heard of Without Limits (WOL). If you're new to town this is the best group to run with friends, have your kids learn to run or get back into running if you haven't in a long time. This group is one of the best communities in Wilmington - I've seen it firsthand for 5+ years.
Constantly send spam emails
Life changing experience! Lost 45 lbs and one year later still maintaining. Stronger, faster and focused more than I have been in over the last 25 years. Endurance has at atleast doubled if not more. Not to mention discounts on select races, new friends, networking, a great Christmas party /other outings . Also Lots of positivity and encouragement from coaches and teammates. You cant go wrong choosing Without Limits !
