I visited the spa for the first time on Saturday afternoon, having booked a 60-minute relaxation service. Being 33 weeks pregnant and facing heavy rain, I arrived 7 minutes late. While the service itself was relaxing and the ambiance beautiful, the technician ended the treatment after only 45 minutes. When I inquired about the duration of the service and the payment at the counter, she informed me that I would still be charged for the full 60 minutes, despite being late. Very disappointing experience for a 175$ service: honestly hard to even rate my experience a 2 star.. The lady who did my service was lovely, however the entire time it was anything but relaxing, the receptionist was SO loud. First she chatted with a group of her teenage cousins in the front lobby laughing and chatting like there wasn’t 2 people getting pedicure done 5 feet behind her.
