My experience was top notch.
I was given a gift certificate as a gift but when I emailed and asked to set up an appointment they said they would reply on Tuesday when they were back after the weekend. I waited until Friday afternoon for a response before asking again to book an appointment. I was disappointed for sure. Hard to review the service if you can’t even get a response to book the service.
This is a long one.. but worth the read!! Absolutely exceptional experience every time! This spa truly excels in every treatment they offer—from facials to massages and everything in between. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to their high-end products, and they always take the time to explain what’s best for your skin and wellness needs.
