Loved the program. For any athlete wanting to step up their physical ability and improve their game this program is definitely well worth it. After completing this program I’m much more in sync with my body.
Brynn was a vital resource and support during my pregnancy and postpartum c-section recovery. She taught me simply but thoroughly about my own body mechanics, and gave words to the changes, aches, and pains I was experiencing. After experiencing such great assistance with my daughters foot issues there was no other place to go besides to Within Reach Health when my son hurt his back. My 13 year old could not move and was progressively getting worse. Brynn built a partnership with my son on his physical therapy so he could return to soccer as soon as possible. I am a collegiate lacrosse player and I got injured a few weeks ago during my game and I just wanted a second opinion other than my school's athletic trainer to see if i really needed an xray or if it was something that i should just brush off.
