What a wonderful experience. Lovely Spa in beautiful Bracebridge. Jackie is a fantastic person who makes you feel right at home.
Could work on the ambiance. It still very much has the industrial vibes as it located in a industrial complex. Nothing like staring up at ductwork and concrete ceilings while getting a massage. The staff working here were great and welcoming. I used the float tank and they explained it well for my first time doing it. The RMT for the massage was amazing, and my wife also really enjoyed her facial.
