Tried to get directions on what I needed for my father’s estate. The office aide was rude and very incompetent. Left the call even more confused of what I needed to do.
Couldn't get them to call me back in a timely manner
Unfortunately, I was asked by an elderly, dying man to contact his attorney. I left 3 messages with his Secretary that he needed to see his attorney as his health is quickly deteriorating. Even the elderly man's sister told him his brother needed to see him ASAP. After a month, Mr. Withers has not visited him at the nursing home according to his client. I've worked at a law office with several attorneys and I'm happy to say Dunton, Simmons and Dunton's group of lawyers never did this. They were very respectful and profession... read more
