Always a good experience. People are always pleasant and helpful.
I was treated like a human being! Very rare as I am usually in work clothes. I only knew the brand name of the charm's that I overheard during a conversation. A very pleasant kind goddess gifted person. Directed me towards the Pandora section. She took her time and showed me all of them. My fiance and her mother will be amazed at gifts this year! Because of the phenomenal help of the staff! They deserve too be recognized for the above and beyond service I received... Awesome experience!
