The owner is VERY UNPROFESSIONAl, I Thought this was a good company for my mother to ride with but two days they forgot about her when her driver had to be out I called owner he would never answer the phone. My mothers drop off time is at 4:15 to get dialysis treatment they have been coming at 3:30 and that was never an issue when the other driver was here you try and speak with the owner and he is clueless or acts like he is so sorry then will cancel your rides and that is fine as well because I am able to take her but if y... read more
