I don't know who answered my email so quickly after I had sent it, and I don't know who packaged my (purple, not pink - lol) pipe so carefully and added the cute little note... but this was my first time buying from this company, and they're so nice that I will definitely be buying from them again. I came for the reasonable prices, I'm staying for the great customer service!

By far, one of the best shops I’ve visited so far. The owner was so knowledgeable, great conversationalist and by definition, an expert in the field. I came down from a road trip and with less than 24 hours notice, Derek was able to accommodate me. I knew I had to get a piece or two from here, so very happy with the pit stop in Salem!! Will definitely recommend to friends/family & will continue to be a customer in the future
