Called to ask a simple question for a CPA and the receptionist just said "I don't know" and hung up on me!
The annual ritual of going to the accountant was always dreaded. For years we continued to use the same east coast accountant well after we had moved. Then we used another account in the desert with disastrous results. We even attempted the personal tax program available at office stores. Again, the results were not good. Last year we used Bill Witbrodt. We could not be more pleased. For the first time in decades we are looking forward to the tax time!
