When my Brother needed a place of Comfort, , Reliable and Sustainable Support, WISTERIA PLACE came to mind. The beautiful and tranquil ambience gave us Peace of mind to know my Brother would be taken care of. We made an Appointment and were soon Welcomed by Ms.Prabhdeep Kaur Rai, Community Relations Coordinator. She offered us Coffee in the Warm Front Lobby and we explained our needs for our Brother. The best place for my Mom! She moved here in the fall of 2021, made new friends, enjoyed all the activities and outings provided and has been very happy here. The staff here, from the manager to the concierge and front desk help, to all the servers in the dining room, are so very respectful and caring of all the residents. I had a special opportunity to work with Wisteria Place/Optima living before they opened and during the challenging time of Covid. I appreciated getting to know the people who had dreamed up this beautiful seniors home in Richmond. When the community was coming together through online chats and parties and distanced home visits the residents got to know each other before they moved in - this ended up including my parents.
