WE have had Wisper since they bought out our previous isp. In Jan of 2019 we signed a contract for more speed. It cost $125. On Feb 20 2022 I discovered they were offering the same speed for $65. I contacted them the next day and was told by two agents that price has been going on for over 7 years. They transferred me to the manager Mr Micheal K who was rude and clearly wasn't interested in my complaint. i have been trying toplay ping based games on my computer and the ping has been horrible. called multiple times and they refuse to come out and see what it could be. they have even upped me to the best gaming internet and it seemed to be worse than the other. this is ridiculous and needs to be seen. not a good internet option anywhere!

I had Pixius and they were bought out by this company. I found out they have been charging me 200.00 for 10 gb. They don't even offer a 200.00 package. The internet was at 4 gb not 10. When I called they refunded 1 month? After that my internet goes out 20 times a day. We can't even watch a movie. We called again and then after it seemed be working it yet went out again. Not really happy with this company. But we have no other service.
