WE have had Wisper since they bought out our previous isp. In Jan of 2019 we signed a contract for more speed. It cost $125. On Feb 20 2022 I discovered they were offering the same speed for $65. I contacted them the next day and was told by two agents that price has been going on for over 7 years. They transferred me to the manager Mr Micheal K who was rude and clearly wasn't interested in my complaint. We had Wisper after they bought out our previous internet company. At first we didn’t notice much difference but then we started to have problems. We did not get the speeds that we were paying for. They sent out a technician multiple times. It would work better for a short time then we would have problems again. Then they did upgrades on the tower and our signal became pretty much non exist most of the time. If you want fast, reliable, and great IT service then DO NOT....I REPEAT DO NOT GO WITH WISPER INTERNET SERVICE. I had **** *** and they sold out to wisper and our service has gone down hill form then on. Too many issues to list with this company. Not getting the speed I pay for so they lowered my plan and still not getting what I'm paying for. Started out paying for 25, they dropped me down to 15 and when I do a speed test I'm lucky if I get 5. When they finally do get back with me they always say "Well things look good on ... read more

I called Whisper’s IT Dept today due to internet now working since last night. I was informed it would be 11 days before a tech could come out to repair the equipment the installed less than three weeks ago! Customer service mention how hundreds of customers with the latest “upgraded” equipment are reporting it not working. They know there are issues with their latest equipment yet expect customer to wait 11 days until a tech arrives. Very poor management!!!!

Wisperhome internet is reasonably priced and provides reliable internet service. It’s rural internet service has proven to be a bargain compared to satellite service.

Wisper internet has been by far the worst experience with an ISP I have ever had. The customer service is terrible and hardly ever return calls. I did get on the phone with a service tech who told me our issue was resolved and my 25mbps internet I pay for should be fully functional. This of course was not true and I was still getting a download speed of 0.35 to 1 mbps which is FAR below what I pay for. I was also told I would get a call back from a level 2 rep same day, which never happened and I am still awaiting that call ... read more

We are in a rural location with only wireless internet access. We tried other internet services which were very difficult to deal with. Wisper is by far the best we've had with little service interruptions and great personal customer service. We recommend Wisper to anyone needing rural internet access! As of this date, we've used their service for 18 months.

Wisper is one fantastic internet company! They update all the time and are so easy to work with if there is a problem. Their customer service is really fantastic. If we ever had to call (which is rare) they call back quickly and always handle it perfectly. It's a shame more companies can't be this efficient!!

i have been trying toplay ping based games on my computer and the ping has been horrible. called multiple times and they refuse to come out and see what it could be. they have even upped me to the best gaming internet and it seemed to be worse than the other. this is ridiculous and needs to be seen. not a good internet option anywhere!
