I've paid them thousands of dollars and have nothing to show for it. They haven't finished anything and haven't communicated with me about it for over a year - except when they want an invoice paid. They have all the documentation for several years and..... nothing. I'm in a bad spot because I cannot move forward until they get their part done. I may have to start over with someone else and consider it all a loss.

I used this company to get my 2018 taxes done. I removed 2 stars because my taxes were completed incorrectly, and removed another star for the price of $450, which I was charged after being there for approximately 90 minutes (I was a first time customer). I was informed by Wisley & Williams that I needed to pay quarterly taxes in 2019, but this was incorrect (I’m a full time employee and receive a W2, which I told them). Mark has done my taxes for the past four years and the experience has been great. While I dislike paying taxes, he is responsive and always gets them done on time. I would highly recommend W&W to anyone seeking a tax professional.
