This was the perfect excuse to unplug for a while. I didn't check my phone once, and honestly, I didn't miss it.
I could feel myself getting more relaxed with every minute of the session. By the end, I was so comfortable and at ease that I honestly didn’t want it to be over.
Some days just call for a massage, and today was definitely one of them. I left feeling like my weekend started a little early.
I spend way too much time looking at screens, and my neck has definitely been paying the price. Feeling much better now.
Honestly, I was so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep. It was easily one of the most peaceful and relaxing experiences I’ve had in months.
