The credit union used to be good and easy to access, then when covid hit they made it easier to transfer money from the credit union to the bank by phoning, not due to staff problems you can only do this once a month with the new building, which I hadn't been informed about moving, now doing less hours it's difficult to use with Wednesday nights now shut, I work nightshifts and was easy to phone and go back to bed but now I have to get up for around an hour to wake,dressed, head to Wishaw and back home again, definitely goin... read more

I find that the staff are so friendly I don't go in often but when I do the staff are lovely
