Very friendly staff and I felt like Brenda really put in the effort to understand my situation and paperwork. Would highly recommend!
Cheap, and you get what you pay for. They did an OK job of preparing my tax filing but as soon as CRA had questions about it, things completely broke down. Communication is very poor. I was led on for months by reception that my file was being worked on but in reality nobody was tracking the work. Nobody returned my emails, nobody returned my calls. I cut my losses with Wish Kwok and went to a more reputable shop.
Brenda was very professional and easy to talk too. I appreciate her efficiency. I recommend her as an amazing accountant

Jennifer helped my wife and I file taxes in both the USA and Canada. She was very nice. Filing with her was very easy and everything went smoothly. We used an online portal for secure document transfer, which was easy to use and made everything possible to do remotely. I would recommend considering the services offered by Jennifer and Wish Kwok if I were asked by friends that need to file in both the US and Canada.
