The experience wasn’t what we expected, the lady was a little pushy with the dress my daughter chose. From the get go we got the feeling you had to look a certain way and sure enough they have proved that. She kept selecting certain dresses and always made it a point to say don’t worry if they don’t fit we can order for you as we don’t carry bigger sizes in store my daughter wears a size 4 really? Very good customer service. The woman that helped me was very kind and supportive, i believe her name was kira and she helped me find my the dress i fell inlove with and walked out with! Didn’t feel rushed at all. Would definitely recommend. They do not show prices on tags which is fine but you’ll find out if you are very interested in the dress and ask.
Beautiful selection. No touching dresses and no prices on dress is a HUGE clue. You'll find the perfect dress, no doubt, but it will cost you mega bucks.
Very bad service. Employees were rude and not helpful. I had to wait in line for an hour just to be treated bad inside the store by the employees. 0/10 don’t recommend
