This boutique confuses arrogance with luxury. The staff carried themselves with an attitude that suggested customers should feel “lucky” to be there, yet the experience was far below the standard of actual luxury retailers. If you’re Brown/Black, don’t expect to be treated with respect here. I have never felt so judged, unwelcome, and dismissed in a store in my life. I waited 40 minutes just to be shown a dress while employees walked around acting like helping me was a burden. The man at the front was incredibly rude — no eye contact, no smile, no basic courtesy. I had a mixed experience at this boutique. The employee helping me was very attentive, which I appreciated at first—it’s always nice to feel taken care of. However, she came across as a bit too pushy, and it ended up taking away from that positive, attentive vibe. That being said, the store does have really pretty dresses, and there’s a good variety to look through. The guy who works here or is the owner is extraordinarily rude. He has a complete lack of customer service skills and what it means to be inviting or welcoming into the store. I have been here twice with my daughter and he was cold and distant both times. You can definitely tell he is all about the money, not the girls who come into the store. Also, it takes forever to be helped and you can't look around. Go elsewhere.
Clean and organized. The car salesman strategy gave me anxiety enough to leave.
