I called to inquire about a boot that I saw online and really really liked. Once the guy on the phone realized they don’t carry it in my size his demeanor changed. I felt like I was an inconvenience, just like a car salesperson. I wouldn’t bother spending a penny at this particular store. The folks in Johnson City TN are a lot nicer and welcoming.

Has no public restroom. Sent us down the street to a café that was not open at the time. Bristol is a town where most businesses do not allow its patrons to use their restrooms. Not conducive to enough time to see merchandise. Won't go back.
