Wise Woman is the perfect one stop health and wellness place. Dr. Helen is a very friendly and knowledgeable person who is always willing to listen and help you get to the root of your problems, be them large or small. She is also a doula and is willing to help you with any hormone or birthing issues. Within the facility there is also Mary's Therapy Room (Mary gives the BEST deep tissue massages!) and a chiropractor--I have never been to her, however.
