After a horseback riding accident requiring a spinal fusion in October 2025, I had been struggling with ongoing pain despite physical therapy. Heather has been instrumental in helping me find relief from this pain! She asks me at the beginning of each session how I am doing and actually LISTENS (something I have found difficulty finding!) and I leave each session feeling better, not only physically, but also emotionally, just knowing that someone is truly invested in helping me get back to the things I love!
This was the best massage I’ve ever had. Not only is the environment incredibly relaxing, but she has such a deep understanding of the body and truly knows how to bring relief. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. This was a birthday gift, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or therapist. I will absolutely be back as soon as I can.

Heather moves into tight places slowly and she feels what needs to be done. With advanced arthritis, I am careful about massage therapists as my joints can be easily irritated. Heather always makes a positive difference in my flexibility and capacity for movement. I highly recommend her services.
