Unprofessional. We have been trying to reach them and get our items resolved via email, calling, and voicemail for over 3 weeks. There have been no updates, no responses, and no progress on our taxes. With the urgency of our situation, I would hope for better care and service. Incredibly inconvenient that they agreed to do our taxes, but now have to find another cpa due to the lack of service and responding from their team.
Jonni and team has been doing my taxes going a better part of a decade with out issues. This includes while I was in the Army, to college, to corporate business, to small business owner while adding different state level and local taxes that Florida residents need not to worry about. Everything have been handled with the upmost attention to detail and on time.
Paid 190.00 for 2 W2's on a 1040EZ. Stopped at another tax place. They told me 65.00, for the same service. They are very nice, but crazy expensive.
