The bald guy was horrendous in his customer service. The parts we ordered were wrong and he didn't want to acknowledge their mistake.

Initially, we were excited about the purchase, but the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. After paying for the machine in full, we were blindsided by an additional invoice for labor services, which was vaguely referenced in the contract.
