The bald guy was horrendous in his customer service. The parts we ordered were wrong and he didn't want to acknowledge their mistake.
We purchased a $55,000 pre-hang machine from Wise Parts and Services after they came highly recommended. Initially, we were excited about the purchase, but the experience quickly turned into a nightmare.
