My lawyer was to say the very least incompetent , emotional, unprepared , and reckless. Due to her inability to to negotiate, standup, press, or communicate in a timely manner , and now have a civil case on my hand . The 10 k on top of the 30 K i lost i would have been better off just giving all i had . Come to find out she released herself as my counsel when i couldn't call her in a timely fashion ( within 3 hours ) on a busy Friday morning when I work as well .
