Not impressed with these guys today. I arrived at 9:31 to buy my device for the weekend and there was a sign on the door that said be back in 10 minutes. You havnt even been open an hour… how could you possibly need 10 minutes to yourself already. Call me impatient but I also sat there for 12 minutes and called and NOTHING. Staff if always friendly and helpful but like this just doesn’t sit right with me.

I buy a lot here. If they don't replace this rude kid I wont come back. Gave him many many chances to be nice. Horrible customer service skills. 1/ 2 star
