This place is very nice. Very clean and organized. Doctor is really nice and caring. Staff are very friendly. Choices of frames are plentiful and are a great value. As a new client I didn’t have to wait months to be seen. I walked in 15 minutes early and had no wait time. I love my new frames! I recommend this Wise Eyes. The only Con I have is they charge a Credit Card Fee on top of the total price of purchase. I will go back and have recommended them to family.
I miss Dr. Howard. Will never go back here again. My daughter had an eye appointment here today to get her eyes checked. It was to be an exam for both glasses and contacts, as well as a requirement for her to get her learners permit. Dr wouldn't do a contact exam.....no explanation as to why, just said she would do one. Then, wouldn't fill out the papers for the learners permit because " they didn't have the right equipment." I told them I understood that but could she at least fill out the part that she could and attach the... read more
I had an appointment for 3:30 PM. I walked in the door at 3:38 PM because the train held me up and caused me to be late. I called the office to tell them I was going to be a few minutes late because of the train coming through town and they said there is a 10 minute rule. I beat the 10 minute roll by a minute or two and they wanted me to reschedule. The doctor is very inconsiderate. I called corporate to file a complaint and they rescheduled me for an appointment very quickly at another office. I have no beef with wise eyes ... read more
Hours aren't very friendly with the working class, tough to get there. Girls at the the desk where friendly, Dr. Didn't seem to want to spend to much time with me, just did a quick test and tried to push me out the door. Didn't offer much explaination on my eyes or how it all works, I am 38 and never had problems with my vision until now, and she couldn't take the time to explain anything, not even the dialation of my eyes just said I didn't have time so she wasn't going to do it This will be my last visit here, well that is... read more
