This happened on Monday and I can't get it out of my head. They called to verify my appointment and I ask a question about my red eye. She cancelled my appointment without asking doctor or anyone. I have been a patient of 3 different locations since 2012. I guess this is the end for me and Wise Eyes.
I see all the criticism but honestly a great experience. I didn't get my eyes checked there. Had a walk in prescription. After working in the industry for over 25 yrs I could critique but over all selection wasn't bad. Price for progressives and thinner lenses because my script is bad ya all lol. Price was great compared to other larger practices. Called within 3 days of my order, picked up today and I'm thrilled beyond belief. I'll be shifting my exam and business to them. God Bless

Made me wait 5 months for an appointment, show up and tell me I'm not scheduled and i missed my appointment. They even called me 2 days before to tell me that my appointment was coming up on the day i went in. Will never be going back
