I recently purchased boat seats and gear from Wise Company, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The quick release product I received was defective, with significant waviness and manufacturing defects. When I contacted Wise Company to address this issue, they admitted to being aware of the defect but blatantly ignored the need for a proper fix or recall.
