I am beside myself. I brought in an Omega Seamaster to has a link added… what a mistake. The owner, Kim, installed it in the wrong place (next to the case, not the clasp) lost a pin and tube… damaged the case, damaged the bracelet… and laughed and scoffed at me when I voiced my concerns. Their watchmaker Joe tried to make it right by polishing out some of the damage and installing the link in the right location. Rude. Just came out to my car to tell me not to park on a public road because it’s in front of her store. Totally not legal to do so. She has ZERO authority (completely confirmed by the Cibolo PD ) I’m just going to say that we hadn’t been there for more than 2 minutes before she came outside specifically for the purpose of this. My lesson here is NOT doing business where someone is that level of petty !

Parked in front for 5 min with my disabled wife and placard Handicap DV car. Employee came out and threatened to tow us, call the police, etc because we were parked in front. Couple points. In front is a public road that allows parking. Reserved spaces are not legal on public easements. Only the LAND owner can call for a tow, but not a placard vehicle that's legally parked. Don't shop here, because that's their mentality.

I won’t lie that I was a bit nervous after reading some of the recent reviews. But don’t be! I had three items repaired (and ultimately cleaned)- a beloved cross pendant, my husband’s watch, and a heritage pocket watch necklace that had a ton of sentimental value. The work was absolutely beautiful and extremely reasonable. Yes, 3 digits hurts the wallet but for what was done, it could have been far worse and I regained beloved pieces. Very friendly and affordable. Did a fantastic job cleaning, resizing and fixing prongs on my engagement ring (was my fiancé’ grandmothers). I wish I had taken a before picture🤦🏻‍♀️… it needed love!! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Wise Choice Jewelers! I will be using them to make a custom wedding band to match!
