I called and left messages during normal business hours. I sent emails, in addition to requests for a consult through the website contact form. I wasn’t going to leave a review until another firm recently referred me to Chas. I don’t understand the complete lack of professionalism in not once replying to me. UPDATE: My error, I'd not been on their website since my last attempt in February and forgot they do not have a contact form. Great lawyer, super friendly. Seems very genuine, low pressure, follows up well. Can't ask for more in a lawyer.
I went to Chas for Estate planning needs. He was great. He got back to me right away with every question I had and his explanations were clear. He's a good listener and brought up important issues I hadn't thought of about my particular situation. He completed the work quickly and he got every tiny detail right, even down to who will be my cat's new owner if I "predecease" her-- that had been a worry of mine. His price was very fair. I highly recommend.
