I had no idea what reformer pilates was before going to Wise for a movement assessment. I had gone in just to get the assessment with no idea what Wise was about. Even after seeing the machine I was skeptical about the workout I could get, but after a few days of thinking about it, i signed up anyway. Boy, was I wrong. Wise Body Solutions changed my life! I have had chronic lower back pain for years -- I have consulted multiple chiropractors, my PCP, and even tried acupuncture -- but found little relief.
