Last night, a friend and I went to Mercedez' sunset meditation at First Encounter Beach, which she holds at 6pm, I believe every Wednesday night. This experience was one I will never forget. Mercedez is extremely knowledgeable. Her wisdom of the body, mind and spirit radiates from her being. Her studio is very relaxing and clean. A hole in the wall, gem, nestled in Eastham. Highly recommend.
