Wanted to return an item that wasn't even opened along with there being a new updated version and they want to charge a restocking fee! I read the return policy before purchasing and if it would've said that I wouldn't have purchased anything from these crooks. Definitely won't be purchasing any of their junk in the future or referring anyone to go through them.
Ordered parts, they broke on first trip out to the range. I emailed Wise Arms about it twice and never got a reply.
Purchases a suppressor for black Friday have not received it. Send a multiple emails. They stop responding. I would stay clear from them.
I have ordered parts from them on two separate occasions. Both times impressed with the experience. Packaging is good and things are well protected and accurate. Shipping is slower than most, but Shipping is always reasonably priced. I highly recommend Wise Arms if you don't need it tomorrow.
I used to work at Wise Arms, great place to work and awesome people to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, guys would go out of the way to make sure the customer was well taken care of, Tim is a great boss and friend. I purchased my own 5.56 from him and have not had a single malfunction. Will be looking to buy a Wise Arms 300B/O when I am able to.
