Good service, however they often give the patient different pick up times then the deivers. However they also often tell patients the driver is 5 mins behind but u will wait almost 30 mins so not good. The contract that wisdom care has consistent right time n date for pickup and drop off times for patients this must stop and need to be on time for pick up and drop off if they want to continue to have a contract with social services. Complaints will be made if this does continue. But service I will rate a 7.

Joe did a great job. Arrived on time, made the trip efficiently, and provided great support at the medical facility. Will continue to use this service for medical transport.

Great service. However they need to be on time picking up patients and be on time to drop them off without the excuse of shortage of drivers patients still need to get to and from they appt on time. Also need to pick up calls when customer or patient call the company that alone is why they are getting the rating from me. But it a great service but could get and be much better
