They are not helpful rude and not understanding at all. I have a problem with my device almost once or twice a month due to the weather. Amber says the same answer and never really answers the question. There isn’t a 24/7 number you can call if your device is locked out. The technician Josh is just as rude as her. I have had nothing but issues with this company since I started 3 months ago. I keep getting dragged around on getting linked to the mobile app just for them to tell me that it is down and technical issues, after 3 months of not getting anyone to contact me for weeks at a time when promised it will be fixed multiple time in a row. Can’t say enough great things about Ryan! He’s always so helpful, kind, and responsive when I have any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend because of him!
Had quite the time with this company. Had an extremely hard time trying to figure out why I was “failing tests”. had to come in just about every other week at one point because of one thing or another. The guy who works at the appleton location just couldn’t seem to give me a straight answer about anything. Total piece of work who would rather sit there arguing instead of figuring out the problem. Luckily I was able to call customer service (which i had to do countless times)
