I talked with Rick at the front desk twice, and he was very polite and helpful. The first time I was there he kindly explained I needed to go to the social security administrative office, an Dousman Street and get any an actual social security card in order to print off those documents. So before you go there asking for tax documents, I'm guessing you'll always need your picture ID and your social security card. These people are straight slime.
They take your money and when you set up a payment plan they say you can’t pay that and make you pay 10 times the amount you requested even though they can clearly see you can’t afford that.
