I recently got my private pilot certificate, I’m at about 150 hours of flight time, and was looking for a place to rent out of. I initially scheduled a checkout flight in a Piper Archer in Watertown. I live in Oshkosh, so I had a longer drive to get there, only to find out they took the aircraft out for maintenance and didn’t reach out to contact me to let me know beforehand. My brother bought my 13 year old daughter and 12 year old nephew an introductory flight. Thought things went well until my daughter told me she was saying something and their instructor turned her mic off and "jOkInGlY" said, "there, i shut her up". What grown man thinks that's ok to "joke" about to children? Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because everyone else was nice.
Thank you to the team at Wisconsin Aviation for helping me out of a bind. The team went above and beyond to help me get a tire for my plane when I wasn’t even at their airport. Wisconsin Aviation knows how to treat people right!
