I would strongly suggest that if your planning to use a title loan DO NOT USE THIS ONE !!!! the store seems to only has one employee and it seems every time I get off work and stop by to make a payment they are ALWAYS on lunch and closed but the worst part is its always at different times 12:30 to 1:30, 1:30 to 2:30, 2:00 to 3:00 I mean how crazy is that and I DO NOT have the time with my busy life to wait around for 45 minutes to an hour so because they can not have someone there I get charged interest at the higher amount ... read more
Called to get a lien release on my vehicle. After the person on the phone got my info and found the release they refused to email fax or mail it to me. She told me the only way to get it is to pick it up which isn't a great option seeing as I live three hours away. I asked to talk to a manager and told her I'm selling it and need a release because the lien still shows on the title she agreed to mail it even though they should have sent me one after I paid it off in the first place, I find it ridiculous that they make it such... read more
