I've haven't worked with Lucas on the legal side of things but have on a personal level being a contractor. We agreed on some work where negotiating amount was done over text/pics. I showed up & had completely mistaken photos for how much needed actually done. Lucas understood, we agreed in the middle & both left satisfied. He's fair, honest & understanding. He then hired me for more work. That's a good man in my book! If I ever have legal troubles, he'll be the first to call!
