Wirth Plumbing has done a very good job for us over our thirteen years of working with them in *******. Has everything been perfect? No - but there are issues we brought to their attention and they were fixed without the run-around we have received from other providers. This company has no idea what customer service is or means. I called and got an estimate. That was the last time I heard from them I called 4 times trying to get some one and went to voicemail every time which they never called back. I called a 5th time to fire them and once more it went to voicemail so i fired them over that. The job was supposed to cost 9000.$ but they did not want it.
