I used this company for a out of state move. They packed, stored and moved my items. I was quite disappointed in the packing service. They told me not to empty my dresser, I did not realize they intended to use my clothing and linens as protective packaging material for fragile items! The box labeling was so general that it is impossible to find items. A number of the Wirks boxes arrived crinkled, from either poor packaging or moving practices. When they delivered the items, I noted some damage on a few pieces to the Crew Leader, Tim, who took pictures. Apparently the scam is that if it is not noted on the BOL, although acknowledged and pics taken, they can deny any claim. All in all, disappointed.

I moved on June 16, 2020, and with out a doubt Wirks Moving and Storage performance exceeded my expectations. They were on time and took care of my valuable furniture pieces and all remaining items with the care you would hope for when you hire a moving company. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Thank you for your help, it made a difficult move a very enjoyable experience.

Michael started the process off with a no excuses, plain as day review of our requirements. That estimate stayed that estimate until the final move day. We had total confidence in the execution of the move from start to finish. Michael and the rest of the team complied fully with CDC Covid-19 guidelines as well as making sure we knew they were ready to add anything if we requested. Ours was an instate move done this April. Smooth from start to finish. Our 2 man moving crew were excellent and fun! Wirks will be highly recommended my us when asked.

Michael and his crew made our move completely stress-free which meant the world to me! They were very patient, efficient and kind when helping me place my furniture at the new apartment . I highly recommend them as they are by far the best in Atlanta!!

We had an amazing experience with Wirks. Moving is always stressful (especially during a pandemic), but they made it as painless as possible from start to finish. Everyone we worked with - Jack for our quote, Britta for our contract, Danielle for packing, and Mark and his team for loading/moving - were prompt, professional, and careful. We’ve never used packers before, and it was well worth the investment. I’ll be recommending them to everyone we know!
