I brought my Nintendo Switch in because it was not charging. Based on the initial assessment, we believed the charging port needed to be replaced. This guy.... He really helped out my Mom today. She was really worried because she couldn't make calls on her phone and was afraid that it was dead and she'd need to buy another one. She took it in and then a few minutes later she gave me a call, just so happy that it was working again. It means a lot to her because she elderly and lives alone.
