The owner is super sweet but whoever his repair guy is a huge NO! I sent my laptop to be repaired it came back worse than when I originally sent it in My daughter spilled water on my laptop I was given a flimsy USB Wi-Fi adapter that kept falling out instead of him just replacing my internal wifi card. So the first time I sent it and when it was returned to me the keyboard didn't work. Because the repair guy didn't think to check it the first time. I paid for a new replacement keyboard. Very helpful and easy and seamless transaction. I can in to get a second line on my phone for work purpose. Would come back for more. Update: went again because the screen on my iPhone was not working. They had it in stock and I was in and out in 20 mins!!
