Required assistance with prepaid Chatr set up by this store. Emailed store no reply. Had to use random persons phone twice only to be put on hold as they said they had an in-store customer. I am a customer who needs this problem rectified ASAP. Finally, after a less than positive feedback was posted, my issue was resolved. In-store customers take precedent over phone in customers apparently. Situation Finally resolved after 2 hours.
Dropped my moto g power off for a screen replacement and they had it fixed next day. Competitive price and good service
