Called to see if they'd fix my hdmi port. Id do it myself but I have no heat gun and soldering tool, I JUST NEED THE HDMI PORT FIXED then he says its gonna take a week for something that takes minutes cuz the mall doesn't allow soldering inside I already have my system basically naked, no covers all screws are out. I basically got 2 screws on my mother board cover. Im then told that id probably get charged MORE for having it like that.. I just need my hdmi port fixed not everything else I can do that.
