To date, I have never written a review of a store before... However, between Roy and and Ford at this store, it is as if they are competing to see can lie the lost! Roy told me he would waive transfer fees for phones and credit my account for a purchased phone. It seemed like he is never at work and will not return my phone calls. They kept telling me the paperwork was "Submitted." I should have considered all of the negative reviews... By switching my service from ATT to Verizon it ended up costing me about $330.
